  Learn various short meditation techniques such as walking, eating, drawing, and traditional meditation. Bring a soft mat, blanket, or cushion to sit for a bit and comfortable shoe to walk. Only a connection with your cards and with your spirit guides. We will cover how to pick out a deck, how to cleanse a deck and how to connect with your deck and your spirit guides.
